Carriers, service levels, and timing

Orders may travel by DHL or USPS using standard, expedited, or priority service. Allow about 1–7 business days in transit after fulfillment unless a carrier delay intervenes. Paid express shipping can be provided by FedEx or USPS. You choose at checkout, and actual arrival may differ because delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Fulfillment commitment

Our commitment is prompt fulfillment. If three business days have passed since ordering and a shipping-confirmation message is still missing, get in touch with Support.

Freight forwarders

Freight-forwarder and parcel-forwarding destinations are excluded. Orders identified for those services are cancelled, with a full refund issued.
